Halfway between the dining cellar and the bodega, Montijo is the group's new address that succeeds in stimulating both taste buds and pupils. Discover or rediscover the richness of natural wines, share dishes blended with typical Hispanic or Mediterranean products in a convivial atmosphere. A true tribute to the Spanish origins of Eugénie de Montijo, the last French empress who gave her name to the Machefert Group's Maison Eugénie hotel.

The Spanish art of living resonates in this place decorated by Katya Goncharova, where the codes of the Parisian bistro blend with the spirit of a typically Iberian hacienda.
Open to the outdoors and bathed in light thanks to the large bay windows and planted veranda, the rattan furniture blends perfectly with the large terracotta-colored space in the background, featuring natural materials such as terracotta and hand-crafted wrought iron, embellished with Arabo-Andalusian arches.
In the spirit of conviviality, customers can lean against the counter or perch on wooden stools in front of a monumental stained-glass window depicting a decorative scene of living together, in the former Maison Eugénie bar, or settle down around the large table d'hôte opening onto the kitchen.
NATURAL WINES AND GENEROUS DISHES
Every day, we come here to choose a bottle from among a hundred or so references, with the invaluable advice of the Maison's Spanish-born sommelier, who knows how to strike the perfect balance between food and wine.
Wines mainly from Spanish grape varieties, but also from other Mediterranean countries (Greece, Italy, Portugal...). As for your taste buds, you'll discover a sunny, gourmet menu celebrating Spanish gastronomy, prepared with seasonal, carefully selected, predominantly Iberian products. Tasty dishes to share, combining tradition and modernity. You can choose from the essential tortilla, pan con tomate with or without anchovies, or let yourself be tempted by citrus-flavored prawns.
On Sundays, a gourmet and musical brunch from 12 to 4 p.m. with pintxos and giant paella!
A PLACE WHERE ART IS EVERYWHERE
To complete the picture, Montijo is also keen to promote an artistic approach with in-situ works on the uniforms of sommeliers and receptionists, created using the DALL-E artificial intelligence image generator.
A monumental stained glass window depicting a tasting scene was also created especially for and by the dining cellar.
